PAYMENTS, TERMS AND CONDITIONS
A $1000 deposit will hold your space. All deposits are non-refundable.
Payment Policy
Payment in full for retreat is due 60 days prior (February 14, 2024) to the retreat date. If you do not provide payment in full by 60 days prior to the retreat you may risk losing your reservation.
A 4% payment processing fee will be added to all payments made using PayPal or Stripe. You are welcome to pay by check or use Venmo or Zelle to avoid this fee.

Cancellations and Refunds
If you must cancel your reservation, a full refund, less your deposit which is non-refundable, will be provided for any cancellation we receive in writing at least 60 days prior to the commencement date of the retreat. We are sorry but we cannot refund any payments for cancellations made 60 or fewer days prior to the commencement of the retreat.
Given this policy, we highly recommend that you purchase travel insurance in case of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances that may arise.
These terms and conditions will be binding once a contract is made. A contract will exist between us once you have made your booking and paid your deposit.
Travel Insurance
Travel insurance will protect your investment in case of unforeseen situations or emergencies. If you choose to purchase travel insurance, which we highly recommend, you must do so on your own. You can purchase travel insurance through your airlines when you book your trip if you choose.

Travel Packet
Upon registration you will be e-mailed a travel packet including information on a suggested packing list and other details.
Waiver and Agreement
This will come in the travel packet sent when you pay your deposit.
Early Arrival
If you are arriving prior to the beginning of the retreat, or if you wish to extend your stay, we are happy to support you with your accommodations.
